By requesting a commission service from the Artist, you agree to the terms of services.
This is a digital product. There will be no form of physical shipping for these commissions. The finished product will be sent via digital communications.
All artwork is produced by the Artist in their own art style at their discretion. No form of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is used by the Artist.Please refrain from asking to imitate or draw in a style that is not used by the Artist.DRAWING GUIDELINES

Payments must be through the chosen payment form 100% upfront.
A payment plan of 50% upfront must be discussed first if the commission is a large sum. Please note that the work will be held with the Artist until the full amount has been paid.The chosen payment form refers to invoices via Paypal or Stripe or the client site payment method. Paypal F&F is not an acceptable form of paymentPrices may vary depending on the character's details and complexity.
Refunds will not be granted unless the Artist refuses or is unable to work on the commission.
Refunds may be considered if the work has not been started. Refund is not possible after a draft has been sent to the client.REVISIONS
Revisions must be made during the sketch stages. Revisions can not be made after this stage unless the commission is for commercial purposes.
Revisions may be made up to 3 times at this stage.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The artist aims to deliver the commission within 4 weeks, but in some cases, it may take up to 8-12 weeks.
This is due to the Artist’s full time day job. Please note that large commissions may take longer to work on.
The artist will update as necessary. Please ensure you have:
A flexible deadline or
Commission with extra time planned ahead
For any moment the Artist is unable to work on the commission i.e. sickness or physical injury, the Artist will inform you of a delayed delivery. This information may be via social media.
Please do not hesitate to ask for updates, but do refrain from asking excessively.USAGE
The commission shall be used for personal purposes only with credit to the Artist (@Ritzueli). These include:
Banners
Profile pictures
Stream thumbnailIt should not be used for commercial or redistribution purposes unless stated otherwise.
If the Client is unsure about usage, please do not hesitate to contact the Artist about it.
The Art is not to be used for A.I. purposes or training.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Artist has the right to:
include the commissioned art as a sample for their portfolios and commission example purposes.
Show the work process and/or progress for the commission piece.
If the Client would not like the work shown, it must be stated.
The Artist will ask the Client if a clear statement has not been made.
The Art produced by the Artist remains the right to the Artist.
The character(s) in the Art belong to their rightful owners.COMMUNICATION
The chosen method of communication must be mutually agreed upon between the Artist and Client. This includes, but not limited to:

Twitter DM
Email
Client site communications (if i.e. VGen, Ko-Fi, artistree.io etcThe method of communication may change if the platform/service is no longer viable or used by the Artist.The Artist work schedule is in GMT+0 (GMT+1 during Daylight Savings). Messages may take 24-48 hours to reply to. Please do not be afraid to contact me again if you do not receive a response.
If there is no response from the Client in 10 days, the commission will be considered abandoned.
